What Is Depression?
Depression is a common and serious medical illness. It negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you behave. It gives you a constant feeling of sadness or being alone. You lost interest in things you once enjoyed doing and sometimes you may feel that life isn’t worth living.

Causes Of Depression
- Abuse – Physical, sexual, or emotional abuse can make you more vulnerable to depression later in life.
- Early childhood trauma – Some events from your childhood can also cause depression.
- Age – Elderly people are at a high risk of depression.
- Gender – The chance of depression in women is twice as high as in men.
- Traumatic experience or exposure – Past experience of any life-threatening event or loss of a loved-one.
- Serious illnesses – Sometimes, depression happens along with a major illness or may be triggered by another medical condition.

First you have to fill-up the registration form and mention your health issue properly into it and then one of our team member will get in touch with you to understand if we should connect you with our yoga teacher or psychologist who can understand your health issue and guide you. Then we will suggest you the course and therapy accordingly.
It includes yoga sessions, pranayama, meditation and therapy according to your present condition. You can choose any course given on the website.
